I changed rotars on my 02 ranger, shortly after I hadto change the front wheel bearings, but only the ones on the left side because I didnt put them on tight enough the first time and the got worn. Now, for some reason the abs breaks keep kicking in if I hit the brakes, even on dry pavement, but it seems to only be from the wheel with the new bearings. Any idea why??
Possible bad electrical connection? Honestly, I haven’t worked on brakes since ABS came out so I can’t give you a positive answer.
You might have damaged the sensor when the rotor was changed or the rotor for abs is special in some way.
by damaged do you mean that wheel thing on the back of the rotar?
