I have a 2012 Kia Sorento EX. The A/C does not work, only blows warm air. The compressor and clutch are continuously engaged. This is the case whether I have the A/C turned on or not. It just never cycles off at any time. Any ideas on what could be wrong? Is adding refrigerant the simple fix, or does it sound more like a mechanical or electrical issue? Thanks.
The compressor magnetic clutch is probably stuck and I am afraid you will need a new compressor.
