I’m a listener of CarTalk for quite some time. I have a problem with my car right now that I would like to ask see if anyone can help me to fix this myself, so I decide to join the community here.
I have a 99’ Toyota Sienna. The side view mirror on the driver side doesn’t “flip” any more. However, the electrical adjusting is still working.
Is there some sort of “joint” or “rubber band” that broke that may have cause this problem? Do I need to replace the whole mirror to fix this?
