my 99 Honda Accord’s AC/Heater lights come on and go off on their own and seems to not have anything to do with what I do. When they are off the AC does not work. The AC/Heater blower fan works fine whether they are off or on. Could you please help?

No, unfortunately no one has replied. I talked to a repair shop and he told me to bring it when the lights are off. Well, that is very unpredictable since they come and go at will. I guess the only choice is to wait until they completely fail and then try to figure out what the problem may be.
