I took everything apart except for the sensor. How do I get the proper tool to remove the two screws?

Those fasteners appear to be tamper proof torx. They have a projection in the middle that prevents a normal torx bit from fitting. Most major tool brands offer these socket bits in various sizes including Sears Craftsman.
why dont you just go and buy a new MAF?
