98 chevy Lumina ideling fast

I have a 98 chevy Lumina that is ideling too fast at start up. I’ve noticed after I shut down the engine and restart it that it’s fine. Is there an easy way to tell if it’s the TPS or the ecm? Thanks in advance for any sujestions that may help!!

There are four primary inputs to the computer during a cold start of the engine. These are the coolant temp sensor, throttle position sensor, manifold absolute pressure sensor, and the crankshaft position sensor.

Out of all these sensors, the most likey one is the TPS. But before replacing it, it needs to be tested. And you need a DVOM to do that.
