The car dies while going down the road but it will restart without a problem and keep on going. It may happen several times or just once a day. The car runs smoothly and no codes are set. I thought it might be a relay but which one? I’ve changed the fuel pump and auto shutdown relays but that hasn’t helped.
My first suspect for the trouble would be an intermittent problem with the ignition switch. The fuel pump relay would be next on the list.
