Afternoon all,
My GF’s 96 Blazer has a problem with the AC. First thing I checked was the blower switch. Well, when I took it out, it fell apart. I replaced it, and now have A/C but the top speed (max air) the blower quits all together.
All the other speeds don’t have a problem.
A new blower runs about $50 and I can install it myself (i think). Is there anything else that could be a potentional cause for this problem if it’s not the blower?
[b]There’s nothing wrong with the blower motor if all the lower speeds work.
Because the blower doesn’t operate on the high fan speed setting, the first thing to check is the high speed blower motor relay.
