I have a 96 Buick Park Avenue that is reading the outside temp 20 degrees warmer than it is, which is causing it to blow cooler air into the car, anyone have any advice?
Out side temp has no conection to inside temp, it’s not how the system works on this car. I have a 98 LeSabre and I will tell you the system is not great, there Is an internal temp sensor behind the dash around the ignition key (look for a bunch of small holes) it’s behind there.
Will look for that, wonder if it’s clogged then, after a few minutes the air coming through the vents gets cooler and cooler, have to keep bumping up the temp.
