In cold weather when I start my truck it make a ringing noise as if I left the head lights on after turning off my truck. It is not until the cabin warms up significantly does the noise cease. I believe it has something to do with the wiring. Any suggestions will help my relation ship.

I think you are correct about the wire connection idea. It may be the driver’s door switch isn’t making connection, though usually a closed door opens switched contacts to ground, not closes them. If there is an alert for the seatbelts then perhaps that may be the trouble area though if there is a visual indicator also for them and it isn’t turning on then that may not be the case. By pulling the alert module out you could at least disable it until you find the problem area.
