trouble with harnesses this old is that they are old and brittle…so even if you found one in a J/Y…you might be trading issues.
or if you are wanting new try painless wiring.com or LMC truck
The truck has about 4 or 5 different harnesses in it…Which one? When you get that figured out, Google “used Ford Truck Parts”
This will have what you need.
