white smoke on start up, once vehicle in motion the issue disappears. Highly noticeable in extreme cold days, but normally visible in any condition. Time to time also notice some types of burning smell.
A 2021 is under warranty, what does the dealership say? Are you sure it is smoke and not simply exhaust condensation in cool weather?

Get it in the dealer’s shop. White smoke is a possible symptom of a bad head gasket and while I wouldn’t expect such a problem on a vehicle that new, better safe than sorry.
