truck hard to start when it hoes start a lot of white smoke from exhaust.
White smoke is a sign of water, are you loosing coolant? Might be a bad head gasket

Or if it’s a diesel, injector pump issue.
Diesel fuel in the gasoline will cause hard starting and smoke.
When the weather is cold white smoke out the tailpipe at initial start-up is normal. Does it go away once the engine warms up?
