Navigation features not working…
you should see your local dealer.
If the “navigation features” are Ford’s factory-installed nav features, this problem–like essentially any other mechanical or electronic problem–is covered by the mfr’s 3 yr/36k mile Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty. Unless you have driven more than 36k miles in the year or so that you have owned this vehicle, just take it back to the dealership and let them do their thing. If they can’t fix it properly, then you need to contact Ford at the corporate level.
