2020 Ford explorer 2.5 amp electrical draw needing to be jumped every morning. New battery and Alternator installed. Ford dealer has had it for 3 weeks and diagnosed as body control module relay issue. part was replaced and now they can’t reprogram car. they don’t call or answer calls. Does ford motor company have an updates for this issue
It’s possible they are awaiting instructions from Ford’s Engineering department. If you don’t get an update soon, you may have to contact Ford Corporation directly. Look in your owner’s manual for contact information for the Ford customer service rep. It’s rude the dealershop shop folks don’t at least phone you back and let you know the currrent status. It’s not a crime to not know how to solve a car problem.
