2019 instrument cluster shuts down while driving ac shuts off and turn signals, engine still runs what is the fix
One word WARRANTY.

If you look in your owners manual you should see that a 2019 has 6 year 72000 mile bumper to bumper warranty . So the dealer will have the fix.

There is a service bulletin for what appears to be the same issue with the cluster, may need a software update which the dealer’s probably better set up to perform.
The actual problem is anybody’s guess, power,ground, bad solder, connection, the list goes on. I would definitely check on warranty and that service bulletin.
Symptoms consistent with an electronics package that isn’t supplied with the specified power supply voltage. First step, ask shop do battery/alternator test.
