for about a year now my radio and seat posistion have been going to default by them selves this has happend atleast a dozen times with no fix as of yet
You could have a bad TIPM. http://www.chryslerproblems.com/tipm/ In any event, a 2019 should be under warranty. If you don’t get satisfaction from the dealer, there should be a number for Fiat/Chrysler in your Owner’s Manual.

So it has been doing this since new ? Take it back to the dealer . Also you can go to the NHTSA website to see if there is any TSB’s for it . https://www.nhtsa.gov/recalls . You can get full TSB’s for free now there .
