I bought a new 2019 MKC in November. Several times when accelerating to go up a hill, there is a loud noise that sounds as if I have run over a log. It is metal scraping metal and causes the vehicle to almost stop. There is no error message recorded in the system
If you bought the vehicle new last fall it’s under warranty. Take it back to the Lincoln dealer and describe the problem.
Even if it was purchased as a used vehicle, a 2019 Lincoln should still be covered by all of its multiple warranties.
The OP specifically wrote that he(?) bought the vehicle new last year. That’s the part that counts.
