traction control light on dash, no impact damages to suspension, frame changed on vehicle due to lt. rear frame rail impact. scanned and cleared by as-tech system, light appeared again.

This is a 2019 vehicle still under warranty for a long time yet.
Warranty doesn’t cover collision damage. Collision shop and insurance company may say the problem was not due too the collision but Fiat-Chrysler might not agree with them.
Sort of leaves you stuck in the middle.
