My Ford did not come with sensors in the front bumper. The rear does have them. My question is there a retrofit to install them. Ford says replace bumper, module, labor, etc. puts cost out of sight.
I’d be surprised if it was cheap. You might check on some F-150 forums, see if anyone else has done it.

If your replace the actual parts, you can probably enable the feature in FORscan and it should work.
