I started car but nothing on screen…back up camera, blind spot assist and radio all not working. Remote start works, engine runs fine

first check your fuses and relays.
if they are good, you can pull fuses for radio and info center for about a minute and put them back to see if that works.
if not call the dealer to see if there is a software update or fix.
if not and you are not still under the warranty then there is this…

This is an epidememic with all manufacturers
And it is getting increasingly difficult finding cars without such systems.
