Honda (owner of Acura) is facing a class action lawsuit because of the nav/infotainment system freezings. To get it replaced you must contact the National center for dispute settlement and file a complaint. That will get the dealer moving.
Using muscle to get things done seems like a reasonable approach however replacing parts before a remedy has been developed is a waste of your time and theirs.
