2018 RAV4 SE Glove Box will not stay closed
If you bought it new and it has less than 36k it should be covered under the bumper-to-bumper warranty. In any event, a Toyota dealer will be able to get the proper part.
Duct Tape or warranty , your choice.

The glove box hinge was not properly aligned after replacing the cabin air filter. Remove the glove box and realign the hinge.
