So this happened on my Mom’s Rouge Sport. It was fixed under warranty. The guy said more than likely it will happen again and the repair is over $2000. Well, 4 months later (now out of warranty) it has happened again and on top of the seat doesn’t move back automatically when you turn off car now. This should be a recall with all the complaints this has happened too.
