When driving the lights on the dashboard and information screen intermittently dim to almost completely dark. Sometimes for a few seconds, sometimes for a few minutes. The heads up display on the windshield seems unaffected. I have no idea of where to even start looking for a solution to the problem.
Look to your service manager. Have the dealer fix it under your warranty. Any DIY attempts might void your warranty.
