Just read the article in The Denver Post about a 2018 Subaru windshield replacement (+ calibration). My insurance covered replacing the windshield & calibration on my 2018 Lexus NX300h. Remaining problem leaves me miserable. The inside of the windshield gets dusty and needs to be cleaned (not an easy task) about every two weeks. I have contacted the installer, who does not return my calls, my insurance company, and reported this to the dealership, that recommended the independent installer. I believe the windshield was not adequately sealed. What do you think?
If it does not leak when it rains or you go through a carwash then it was sealed . Is there dust anywhere else ?
Since you say “dust” I would look at the cabin air filter.
