The u connect screen, goes crazy. changing radio stations, making calls to 911, “flipping” through setting.

First , pull the fuse that controls the screen ( to many calls to 911 will get you in a lot of trouble ) . Second call the dealer and see if there is a service bulletin or if they know how to fix this.
