Uconnect is unresponsive on first start-up and sometimes later starts up again also screen goes out or flashes while driving seems to do this in wet or cold weather.
Might have something to do with all the 3G cell phone service being discontinued.
Looks like many Dodge vehicles are already having this problem
Official shut down of the 3G service is set for Feb. 22 2022, so you only have 6 days left to use it anyway.
Your UConnect will be obsolete and useless next Wednesday, so I wouldn’t pay to get it fixed.
Check with your Dodge dealer, they may be able to upgrade yours to 4G
