I have to replace the windshield in my 2017 Toyota corolla, the car with the lane assist, and radar on the cruise control(hate it), most places can replace the windshield but don’t recalibrate the camera connected to the windshield. My question is can I drive the car safely w/o recalibrating the camera. Thanks in advance.
I doubt you can drive the car safely if the extra safety features cannot be turned off. And why would you want to? Once the windshield is replaced, return to the dealer and have the camera calibrated. After all, it is a one year old car, why allow it to fall into disrepair at this early point!
