2017 RAM 1500 transfer case

I have 2017 RAM 1500, 5.7 and transfer case will go into neutral by itself and neutral light does not come on.

The only way I can restore is by disconnecting battery cable or letting the vehicle sit for an hour.
I have had to dealer 2x and they cannot determine the problem and any error codes were deleted when battery disconnected.
Any suggestions?

Suggestions , Yes . Open your manual and you will find contact numbers and addresses for FCA to file a work request. Or you could find another dealer.

Don’t disconnect the battery, have the vehicle towed in so it can be repaired.
