I have a 2017 Mazda CX-5 grand touring that the forward camera is not showing up on the heads up display. All other warning signals are working. I had the warning one time but not since. Do I replace the camera. How can I check it for a fault.
About the only thing a diy’er could do is make sure nothing is blocking the camera’s view.
I hate to say this but the dealer will probably be you best repair option. The when you get the estimate you’ll have one of those big “WTH was I thinking”, moments, when I thought that would be a really cool thing to have. Or would epiphany be a better word? Just wait until the HUD goes out and the whole dash has to be removed.
