Today 4/29/2018 I parked the vehicle around 7:00 P.M. At 8:30 P.M I decided to go for a hamburger and when I wanted to start the vehicle the ignition key did not turn and the steering wheel do not move. I am writing this now because looking the internet I see that someone named Robert C. from Utica, MI also reported the same problem.
Tomorrow morning I will call the dealer since this is a 4 month now lease and I even don’t want to think this happen again in a place out of my house.
Try turning the key and at the same time try turning the steering wheel both left and right . Don’t use brute force but firm pressure.
