While driving on the highway, all the instrument lights shut off for a second and then all warning lights come on for just a second. I mean EVERY light on the cluster comes on. When all the lights go back off, the Tripometer and the MPG data is reset to 0

I’d suspect a broken trace on the instrument panel’s circuit board. Likely require complete replacement.
