alarm not working and lines dont appear when I back up
Not sure about the alarm but I presume the other issue has to do with the backup camera? Are you seeing an image but without the guidelines? That sounds like a software issue. A 2017 model might still be under the bumper-to-bumper warranty. If not, a dealer is still your best bet, IMHO.
