Transmission problem with 2.0 turbo. 2yrs young, 2017 transmission is acting strange, Powers down at the stop light and unless you slowly press the gas, it either bucks forward or hesitates to go. I don’t have the start stop function either. then engine lite comes on. Going in tomorrow for repair.

As was already said, please post back to let us know what the source of the problem was.
They told me it was the transmission module that had to be reset. Couldn’t explain the smell as it didn’t do that today.

You didn’t previously mention anything about an odor.
Can you describe it?
Every once in awhile I would get a smell like something burning or clogged.
Next time it’s at the shop ask to have the charging system, battery, and battery cables checked out. If the system voltage gets too low even briefly, that could confuse the transmission module computer.
