I know this car is great to drive, but have you had any reliability issues?

BMW reliability has improved a lot in recent years. In the recently released Consumer Reports ratings, BMW is in the top ten. They come in at 8 and Audi is 7.
From what I see, pretty routine problem reports for the most part. The only thing a little unusual, I’m seeing a recall for a crankshaft guide bearing, affecting the B58 engine. So make sure that’s been done. I think there’s a way to tell using the internet what recalls apply to a specific car from the vin number.
