Whining noise when accelerating. Dealership thought is needed a new water pump. Replaced it and still making the whining sound. The 4runner has been at the dealership since August 2nd, 2019 with no diagnosis.
Maybe you should take it to another Toyota dealership. This one either can’t figure out your problem or they are too busy.
