engine light cylinders 1 and 4 misfire
I am guessing you are asking a question on those 2 cylinders misfiring and not just venting. you can try this to see if it is your coils on those 2 cylinders. obviously, you would switch the 2 coils on your car that you are getting the misfires on and see if they move.
