Not all the time, but when I start my car, I will begin hesitating while I am in park. I can feel a jerk back and forth. Once I start driving, it stops.
He who hesitates is lost.

That sounds like an idle problem. Many possibilities, but two common causes of rough idling:
- throttle-valve sticking or out correct position
- fuel/air mixture problem, vacuum system leak for example
