When braking in the car at about 45-50 mph, the car shakes really bad. Then at other times when you barely tap the brakes there is a popping sound. Not sure of what this is , I’ve only had the car one year.
Brake problems can’t be solved over the internet . Stopping is not an optional thing. Find a good brake shop before you crash into something and harm yourself or someone.

It could be your traction control system. Have the dealer or a good brake shop inspect it and you will soon find out the real cause.
That is likely the result of warped brake rotors.
That is… not good… and it cries out for inspection by a competent mechanic.
I suppose that this is a possibility, but without question, the OP needs to take the car to a competent mechanic. (Note: That does not include Midas, Meineke, Monro, Sears, Pep Boys, or–God forbid–AAMCO.)
