Sounds like marbles in front tire
If this car has wheel covers over steel wheels, remove it and see what falls out. If nothing falls out and the noise is still there, you really need a mechanic to look that over as soon as possible.

If you’re absolutely sure it’s not the wheel cover . . . it could be a wheel bearing in terrible shape
