There’s a problem with the Onboard Refueling Vapor Recovery system.
When refueling, gas vapors are being forced into the engine causing a flooded condition, making it difficult to start the engine.
The next time you refuel, hold the gas pedal to the floor when starting the engine.
If the engine starts right up, that’s where the problem is.
