My daughter says some sort of fine mist or liquid sprays onto the windshield (outside). Some gets on the side windows too. She wipes it off every few days. Fluid levels seem ok; she lives across the country so i can’t see for myself. Any ideas?
just a thought It could be from where she parks. like a sprinkler system going on at night. there is a lot of sediment in some water systems. does she live in an apartment complex and pull the car front in first?

If the mist appears when driving, could be some problem in the engine compartment, and heated mist is going from there up through the the exterior vents at bottom of windshield. Are any fluid levels lower than they should be, w/no explanation why? Engine coolant? Brake fluid? Transmission fluid? Engine oil? Windshield washer fluid?
