Wipers run all the time and turn signals do not operate.
There may be a problem with the TIPM.

Another, much cheaper, alternative is a bad multi-function switch. It controls both the wipers and the turn signals.
Hopefully the trouble is with the multi-function switch and not the Body Control Module or BCM.
