2016 Cadillac XTS automatic braking

I have (on my 2016 Cadillac X.T.S. Platinum) front and rear automatic breaking according to the build sheet, Owners Manuel, etc. The rear works great and I love it. However, the front does not work and the dealer does a political song and dance and says it works correctly but will not demonstrate it to me. The dealer says it is suppose to warn me. However the build sheet from G.M. clearly states front automatic breaking, as well as the owners Manuel.
Cadillac service is of not help.

First of all I think you mean braking . I have no idea what you are talking about. If the rear brakes are activated the front brakes will be also as they are not separate units. Could you be confusing the front and rear parking sensors ?
