Car has 55,000 mi, dealer says it’s due to have brake fluid, coolant, & trans fluid, belts & all filters changed. Is this really necessary??
Many of these services are due at three years regardless of mileage.
Check the maintenance schedule in your owners manual.
Due to markups, I change my own intake air filter and cabin air filter.
I’d do everything but belts. Belts last longer than this.
But I work on my own cars so if I hear or see a belt problem, I replace.
