Had brake pads changed on rear about 2 weeks ago. Now hearing a grunting type noise at rear passenger side. Sometimes when braking but sometimes driving normally.
Why are you telling people this on a forum ? Shouldn’t you be talking to the shop that did the work?

I expect the rear caliper slider pins are sticking. Ask your shop to check.
Did you change the rotors too? Or just brake pads?
