My 2015 Chevrolet Impala has no problem starting, driving forward and backwards but you can not turn the steering wheel…its locked
The steering wheel lock system has likely failed. The assembly needs to be disassembled to determine what failed and what the repair needs to be. Given the airbag, this is not a newbie DIYer type repair.
