ac stops blowing cold air when car idling for 5-10 minutes. Blower still blows air, but not cold.
AC works fine while vehicle moving and short stops i.e. at traffic light not an issue.
temperature gauge is fine, not overheating.
radiator fan comes on when idling.
No warning lights on.
approximately 100,000 miles on car.
The would need to be diagnosed by a shop equipped with the proper equipment to diagnose A/C issues.

The expansion valve may be malfunctioning.
The expansion valve controls the pressure drop of the refrigerant entering the evaporator.
If the expansion valve fails to go to the proper position, the AC stops cooling.
