2014 Mercedes-Benz GLK Class has to shut off to get out of reverse

2014 GLK From reverse I try to put it into Drive and it stays in Reverse…I have to turn the car off then everything works has happened a few times???

You have a Mercedes with a Mercedes problem, it kinda sounds like a TCM or module issue, I recommend taking it to a Euro shop or the dealer and have it checked out…

It is ~nine years past it’s best by trade in date.
Euro-lux cars should be traded in at the end of the bumper to bumper warranty.
